Up for sale I have one new DW Collector's Piano Black gloss lacquer Cherry ply VLT 6.5x14 inch snare drum. I special ordered this new from Memphis Drum Shop, and it has never been played. It has been sitting in the original factory box since I received it. I simply have too many snares and need to fund a new purchase. These VLT shell snare drums (Vertical Low Timbre) are really sweet sounding. The cherry shell has the crack of maple, but with much more character, and a cleaner note than an all Maple VLT Shell. It's suitable for any playing environment. These DW Collector's Series snare drum are world-class instruments in fit, finish and sound. I didn't think anyone could do Piano Black Lacquer as well as Yamaha, but DW sure nailed it. The drum will ship in the original DW box. Shipping to the Lower 48 USA by Fed Ex Ground.
