Superb playing & sounding Epiphone Archtop from the 'Golden Age' of jazz guitar. Still made-in-USA; when Epiphone was was in New York city; and the world's leading manufacturer of guitars (many years before becoming the import brand of Gibson)The Triumph was part of Epiphone's 'professional' line of guitars. It is not a cheaper 'student' model. The Triumph has a 17" wide body (like the Gibson L-5); and is made from all solid carved woods not laminate !Plays excellent, guitar has lots of weather checking on the original finish. Good condition with no cracks nor repairs. Neck angle is fine, does not need a neck reset. Very loud sound acoustically and plenty of midrange projection. Great for playing solo; or cutting through a band.
