A late 60's flug serial #76842 .
It has that legendary sound and any jazz trumpeter will tell you ; get a vintage Couesnon .
I used to own a music store and , of course , when any pro horn came through , I had to give it a work-out . Well , with this one , it was love at first honk !
I took it to Dillon's where they did a baked-on black gloss for the body and silver plate for the inside bell and slides .They also installed a third valve trigger . I am retired now and am looking for a loving home for this beauty . Comes with a vintage Jet-Tone "Severinsen " 1F mouthpiece . A Pro-Pak trumpet/flugel combo case (which Musicians Friend sells for $149.00 ) .
