LUDWIG 1976 BI CENTENNIAL ROPE-ROD TENOR DRUMS (set of four) Four matching 16X16" Ludwig mahogany-shell constructed 1976 Bi Centennial Commemorative TENOR DRUMS with decorative rope and leather tensioning simulation, covered in Black Cortex. Includes Maple-wood counter hoops top & bottom, Ludwig PA parade white plastic heads, multi-angle carry-bar and white parade slings. Snare mechanisms are NOT installed on these TENOR drums, but can be retro-fitted by buyer. Included are four separate custom made removable padded-cushions of white vinyl attached to a wood frame for placement on batter heads,...allowing drums to be used decorative drum-stools. Shells, wood hoops, rope and leather are all in very good condition. There is a little corrosion on tension rods and a few plating pimples on lugs. Truly a remarkable set of four TENOR Drums that look and sound fantastic. A focal point of any on-field parade marching formation,..or used in-doors as decorative drum stool-seats. This must be sold as a complete set of four drums.Pick-up in Cleveland, Ohio available. Domestic continental USA only shipping available at $42.00 per drum due to size and weight.
