Black face, 1965-66, works. See picture for details. A little history on the amp, my husband was in a band in the 60's and they bought it new. He got it when the band broke up. The only work that's been done is on the receipt, see pic, from 11/2006. Since then he's used it a couple hours a week at home and a 1/2 dozen or so solo gigs. It's really too big for him to move around so he's going to get a smaller amp. The transformer code #'s as best I can see are: 606 6 09 & 606 4 45
