German Bass BowStamped "GB Lecchi Genova 1952 " "H Reinshagen" "750 GBL" Brosmium Guyanensis known as Amourette in France or Snakewood in the UKThis is a dense and highly decorative form of a species collectively referred to as 'Ironwood'750 white gold fitted our first ever white gold purchase indeed the only white gold bow we have ever seenMother of Pearl Shield type accents on a snakewood Butler or German baroque period frogIt may be a copy or "school of" since I have no way of checkingWhite Gold. White gold was invented in the 19th century where it was alloyed with palladium. It became commercially available as of 1912 in Pforzheim, Germany and gained popularity in the mid-1920's as a substitute for rare platinum.
