I've always said I wouldn't sell a guitar I loved, but now I'm doing it. So here goes. Here we have a Gibson VOS '59 RI ES330 with the best sounding P90 pickups you're ever going to hear. The Epiphone Casino was basically the same guitar and John Lennon and Paul McCartney loved their Casino. This comes in its OHSC with COA. It looks, feels and sounds old, like a Gibson from that era should. People who don't know always ask me how old is it and are always surprised when I tell them "just a few years". Gibson did an outstanding job of recreating this jewel. The pickups are slightly under wound, so they should produce a quieter sound, right? Not so! When I play my CS356 with '57 Classics, then switch to this, I have to turn down to keep the same volume level. Go figure. The only flaw I could find is one tiny dent on the back of the neck which I'd never even noticed before I scrutinized it. The pick marks, so I was told by a very reputable dealer, were added deliberately to make it look like it was played gently. He pointed them out so I would know they were there. Anyways, I absolutely love this guitar, but for my gigs, I don't absolutely have to have it. I'm liquidating some of my gear with that in mind out of necessity, otherwise it wouldn't be listed. Shipping only to the lower 48 CONUS. No international shipping. I pack well and ship fast. Well, that's about it. I have this beauty aggressively priced to sell. Yep, I'm on a mission and I want to expedite!
