I've owned a LOT of L48-L50's over the years & this is by far the best playing & sounding I've encountered. Still kind of on the fence about selling it !!
1946 First Year for this model. Only year for Spruce Top & this style gold logo w/ open back individual keys.
The neck set is Great. Killer action with lots of adjustment room on the bridge.
As you can see, this has been played. picking wear mark on top ( probably because of the absence of a pickguard !)
1 crack repair on the treble side below the F hole. The 2 on the bass side look more like checking & not through the wood. No other cracks/repairs.
Frets are still nice & playable. Some capo (?) marks on the back of the neck.
Bridge & tailpiece appear to be original.
The original case has some damage on the bottom, but still fully functional, as are the latches & handle.
Once again, it may be Played, but great guitars usually are !Please Note : I will be temporarily discontinuing Overseas shipping of anything that contains Rosewood, as of Jan.2, 2017, due to the new CITES regulations.
