Up for sale is a Fender Telecaster bass neck. No date stamp - removed from a 1972. Great shape! All original. Missing nut but have a brass one that came with it. Maple. Cosmetically, a few nicks on the headstock. The back of the neck has a couple as well. Pretty clean for maple. Fretboard has spots of edge wear and nominal board wear. Frets have no significant divot wear presently and half the life left. Will last for another 30 years, conceivably. The only big issue is there were some fret-outs when played. These happened with A/D in the 12-15th fret. It didn't happen with E/G and no where else. Neck looked like the 20th fret was the issue with a slight cup in that spot. Truss rod works well, otherwise neck looks straight.
