Up for sale is my 1992 Stevie Ray Vaughan Fender Stratocaster. The guitar is in near mint condition, with only a few very light scratches to the finish, and a couple near insignificant dings (all pictured). Keep in mind that these pictures were taken with a flash, so they significantly magnify these small flaws. You hardly notice them when you see the guitar in person. The serial number would normally indicate a 1990 year of production. However, most of the earliest SRV Stratocaster's have serial numbers for a 1990-1991 production date. However, SRVs death slowed the release of these guitars, and they did not come out to the public until around 1992. This one has a neck date of March 17, 1992, making it very early in their general production run. The guitar will ship housed in an original 1990s fender tweed case. The case it is pictured with here is a newer one. I will put it in the original case for the sale. Everything else about the guitar is excellent. I even think the original factory strings are on this guitar. The only other thing to note is that there are some light swirl marks on the pick guard from occasional play. Comes with the case candy you see in the pictures. Now is your chance to get a collector grade first year of issue SRV Stratocaster. The price is $1999.99. You might be able to find a 1992 SRV Strat for cheaper, but you will be hard-pressed to find one in this nice of condition. Shipping is $49.99 to the domestic USA.
