Today, we're very pleased to offer this 2003 Fender American Series Precision Bass w/ Hardshell Case! Currently known as the 'American Standard,' it went under the 'Amercan Series' moniker from 2003-2008. It has been previously owned and is in very good conditon with normal cosmetic wear. Looks, plays and sounds great! We ask that observe its pictures closely and invite you to contact us with any questions you may have at 1-850-457-7557!The U.S.-made flagship of the Precision Bass lineup, as solidly built and powerful sounding as ever. The indestructible workhorse bass that started it all and revolutionized popular music, the American Standard Precision Bass delivers elegantly simple style, elemental build and feel, with pure Fender bass tone from subtle to seismic. If you could have only one bass guitar, this is it.BODYThe body shows normal scuffs, scratches, pressure dimples and small dings, yet is in overall very good cosmetic shape! Pickguard shows normal scratches and slight discoloration, as well as a small crack at one of the screw holes. NECKNeck is nice and straight and frets show little to no wear! PICKUPSEquipped with Fender P-Bass single-coil pickups.HARDWAREChrome hardware is in very good condition with light, normal scratches. Original chrome control knobs have been replaced with a black set. DIMENSIONS/WEIGHTScale length: 34"Nut width: 1.625"Weight: 8.7 lbs.CASEGator hardshell case is in excellent condition with light, normal scuffs and scratches.
