Suhr Modern T Pro Electric Guitar - Bengal Burst - African Mahogany Neck The release of the Modern T Pro marks the debut of an entirely new model for Suhr. Designed in conjunction with Andy Wood, the Modern T combines the 24 fret neck and sculpted heel joint of our Modern with the body shape of our Classic T, improving player comfort at the upper frets while preserving a more traditional design aesthetic. Equipped with our Modern Elliptical neck profile, rolled fingerboard edges and a 10″-14″ compound fingerboard radius. The African Mahogany neck is finished in satin acrylic urethane, which provides the smooth feel of natural wood as well as protection from moisture. The Modern T Satin utilizes African Mahogany for both the body and the neck along with a 3/16″ flame maple top, resulting in an extremely responsive instrument that reacts to the subtlest dynamics. Equipped with Suhr SSH+ and SSV pickups and a 5-way selector switch, the Modern T Pro offers guitarists a wide array of humbucking and single coil tones; from high gain shred to glassy cleans. The Modern T Pro is a high performance workhorse with classic roots. The Gotoh 510 tremolo bridge features dual steel knife edge pivot points to provide greater functionality and years of trouble free performance. One of our most popular pickup configurations, the SSH+ bridge and SSV neck pickups produce a sound that is clear, with excellent harmonics and a strong midrange. Equipped with staggered Suhr Locking Tuners, which provide an 18:1 gear ratio, improved tuning stability, and no need for a traditional string tree.
