For sale here is my beautiful DeArmond M-75 that I'm selling because it's just gathering dust and I have my eye on another guitar...This guitar is in excellent condition (considering age) and feels really solid. Obviously it isn't a new guitar and does have signs of age/playing as well as a bit of a chip in the back of the headstock (see photo). General light scratches on the back and some on the front - hard to see in the photos as they're so light, and they've never bothered me.It sounds absolutely amazing - the pickups are really the best humbuckers I've heard and have a great clean sound but also a fantastic distorted/drive sound. I use them with some valve drive and a bit of delay and you can get a real Queen Bijou or Satriani type lead sound.Things to note:All original Guild USA pickupsCustom Guild branded metal scratchplate engraved as an exact replica of the one on the Guild M-75 (a Google image search for 'Guild M-75' will show you)Original plain black plastic scratchplate also includedThe original knobs have been replaced by the previous owner with aftermarket ones. Not surprising as Guild/DeArmond ones are notoriously fragile, but I was planning on finding some eventually.One of the replacement knobs has been put on wonky (wonkily?) and I've never been bothered to try and replace itBeautiful binding and solid quality throughoutBeautiful carved top in shining black with cream bindingGreat example of the Korean build quality before Fender took over and started cost/corner cuttingI've never had it setup professionally but it has a nice action with no buzzing, no neck warping etc. You can get a setup for around £20 at most guitar shops if you would like to give it one.It could do with a new set of strings - I can include a set if you like 9sPlease also note: The strap buttons in the photos are not the ones that it will have - they are my locking ones that I forgot to take off before taking the photos! It will have the original buttons back on it. Also it does not come with a case (it hasn't left my home since I bought it).Any questions feel free to ask :) These don't come up for sale very often unlike the lower spec.
