You can always contact us with any questions or offers after you read our listing in detail. We do consider selling our goods in bundles at a discount rate (for example when you buy a mic, you also need a quality preamp or channel strip to amplify it and we may as well have one for you), so make sure to check out our other auctions!Offered here is a single vintage tube condenser microphone by NEUMANN, model KM54. This is absolutely rare item and one of the best sounding so called pencil microphones ever invented. Engineers favorite for just about any string instruments, acoustic guitars, piano, drum overheads, etc. These mics have interchangeable capsules and it appears this one has been fitted with modern KM84-type mylar capsule. It's a favorite combination among sound engineers. This mic came from a German collector and has been well cared for over the years. There are some signs of use (please, see detailed pics), but nothing major to worry about. There is no cable nor PSU offered with this auction. The listing is for the microphone itself. We could not test its functionality, however the mic has been visualy inspected and has all original parts inside, including the famous and most quiet AC701 tube. The capsule looks good. Buyer has 14 days from the date of receiving the unit to fully inspect and test it. After this period ends, no returns are accepted. Free shipping within Continental USA via USPS registered mail service.International shipping rate is $45 fixed.Buyer has two weeks to review the item fully after which point we no longer consider any returns.
