Description
If you are looking at this, you already know how awesome, how beautiful, how rare these mics are. A favorite of MANY historic artists, producers, engineers... The C37a Tube mic simply drips with elegance and sheer sweet tone. This mic and power supply were completely gone over and checked by microphone designer John Peluso early 2016. Everything spec'd out fantastic including tubes. I had him replace a switch on the power supply, he changed out the proprietary 5 pin connector for a standard XLR jack on the power supply, and he extended the mic cable with was only 3 feet to a now very usable 20 feet. Otherwise, everything else is original and intact! It sounds sweet and works as it should. Due to the nature of the ultra rare components in the mic and power supply and the fact that there are some that buy to salvage and return leftovers, AND the fact that this mic is 56 years old. There will be no returns for ANY reason. You bid, you buy. That said... read my feedback. I sell with extremely high standards. What i describe in my sales is accurate. I don't BS, i pack safe and i ship safe. i don't pull any fast ones and expect buyers to do the same. If the mic does not sell at this accurate and fair price, I'll gladly keep it. Im only selling to fund a 32 channel recap which will easily cost more than what I'm asking for the mic... i need the console more than this sweet, classic, rare mic.
