Fender Stratocaster Six String Electric Guitar, Made In Japan 1985.This is part of the early group of Japanese strats.In the early 80's Fender moved to Japan and the race was on to show that quality instruments could and would be made over seas, comparable to those America had made famous.Now, those instruments have risen in value as players have recognized their desirable sound and playabilityThis 1985 Strat is vintage style, with vintage vibrato tail piece and three vintage style white cover, single coil Strat pickups with 5 position selector switch.It also has it's classic volume and two tone knobs mounted on the pickguard along with pickup selector switchMaple kneck, Lake Placid Blue metal flake finish, and a bone nut, vintage style chrome tunes, and vintage spaghetti letter Fender logo on the face of the headstock.This guitar has been played and enjoyed and has only a few minor dings and natural wear.Recent fret job done by the legendary luthier, Peter Jones, for uncanny smooth, good playing, using stock factory fender style frets.No breaks, cracks, mods or repairs.This guitar is ready TO GO!!!Local pickupShipping and handling Continental U.S. Add $45.00 Fed Ex
