Selling my beloved Guild DV52. I have been playing guitars for about 30 years, I played a lot of acoustics before buying this one. Of all the guitars I tried out, this one fit the bill. It has wonderful tone, the pickup with preamp sound amazing when it is plugged in. I used to play out in small venues and would run it directly to the PA system. Unfortunately I haven't played out in very long time and thus the guitar has sat in the case for also a very long time.
Also it was one of the last models to be made in the Rhode Island factory before Fender moved Guild production to California.Guitar will be shipped in the ATA case + an additional box. If shipping is less than $50 I will refund you the difference, if it is more than $50 I will pay the difference. Shipping to HI, PR, and Alaska additional, I would need to get an exact quote for you if you live in one of those areas. Please keep in mind that the guitar is not perfect. There are some checks in the finish because it is a nitro gloss finish. The bridge is slightly pulling up, also the top right behind the bridge is slightly bowing. From research I have done it appears that this is a common issue with Guild acoustics and can be repaired.
