For sale is a recent J185 Custom from the Gibson Montana Custom Shop. It's been upgraded with bone pins, bone nut, saddle, and setup from Gryphon Stringed Instruments in Palp Alto. In additionI replaced the 14:1 Grover rotomatic tuners with the more precise 18:1 rotomatics. The mediocre undersaddle pickup has been replaced with an LR Baggs M1 passive. This is an incredibly beautiful, comfortable, versatile, and great sounding guitar. There is one small ding on the top in the lower bout area and the pickup has left impressions in the top where it is mounted. Original Gibson hard case is included, as are nickel buttons for the tuners. These guitars run roughly $2400 new and the pins, nut, saddle, tuners, setup, strap, and pickup cost an additional $350. Case candy and black leather strap included. This is a killer deal on an awesome guitar.
