It is in generally good condition, with several small dents around the seat of the horn, and scuffs and scratches in the lacquer finish at common contact points, which are shown in the close-up photos. The second valve tuning slide is stuck, and it will be removed and re-lubricated. One of the tuning slides may need re-sautered to the horn, however this has not affected the sound quality. Included with the instrument itself is the molded black fiberglass case, a cleaning snake, a mouthpiece, and additional slide grease and valve oil. This excellent older example if this horn is a great deal, as new versions of this instrument sell for over 1600$.
