The coil tapped pickups make this a very versatile 7 String Guitar. I have it set up for Jazz (Flatwound strings and slightly higher action). It works great for comping or chord melody. Neck is straight and true and the action feels great. Scale length is 25.5" which is great for the 7th string. Keeps it from being too "floppy" when tuned to the low A which is standard for jazz. Access to higher frets is somewhat limited. The body is thin like a semi-hollow body, but the only block is under the tailpiece. I have never had feedback issues with this guitar, but I play at "Jazz" volumes. Light surface scratching and a repaired crack on the ring surrounding the neck pickup. Aside from that it is in great shape. Hardshell case is the original Diamond series case issued with this guitar. Slight weak spot on back of the case but it still gives great protection.
