This is a 'New Stamp' Zildjian K Istanbul 20" ride. 1984 GRAMS! There are 8 obviously factory original rivet holes drilled evenly around the outer perimeter of the cymbal. The Armand signature is still clearly visible on the underside of the 'bell'. Unfortunately, there is some keyholing. BUT, it is very clean, and there are NO cracks along the keyhole...OR anywhere else on this vintage gem. With a cymbal this old, not surprisingly, there are some 'flea bites' in places around the edge of the cymbal, but none of any consequence. I don't have the equipment, and I'm not tech-savvy enough to be able to offer any kind of a decent sound file. Sorry. But I can say that it is a warmer, darker, articulate sound, with a nice amount of that K Istanbul 'wash'. The bell isn't bright and pingy, and isn't low and dull...but IS right in that K bell sweet spot. New Ebay rules forbid me from adding a link to YouTube. But if you go to YouTube and watch the video demo "Vintage K. Zildjian 20" New Stamp Ride (1893g)", that cymbal is VERY close in sound to this one. I played mine along with that video, (using VF Peter Erskine sticks), and mine is just a bit lower and warmer in pitch. This is an 'as is' listing...no returns. But the photos and my description are very accurate and honest. Thanks for taking a look!
