It's a 6ft 3 Rogers Grand. The fret work is stunning. It actually spells Broadwood. Craftsmanship at its best. The piano has a solid iron frame that can be seen from my photos. A beautiful piece of furniture. I purchased this from a Cotswold Estate. It is simply stunning. As Grand Pianos go it is one of the smallest, some of them are over 7ft long. I am sure this would make a beautiful piece of furniture in anyone's home. A real centre piece. John Broadwood & Sons is the oldest and one of the most prestigious piano companies in the world. The instruments have been enjoyed by such famous people as Mozart, Haydn, Chopin, Beethoven and Liszt. The company holds the Royal Warrant as manufacturer of pianos to Queen Elizabeth II. These pianos are pure quality and are recognised and regarded very highly in the piano world. The sound is rich and mellow and you can only appreciate the workmanship and time that has gone into manufacturing such a beautiful Grand Piano.
