D'Angelico NYS-2 New Yorker Archtop. 2002. Vestax.This superb 14 year old Vestax D'Angelico is virtually un-played and is immaculate. It is perfect - Mint (a rare thing these days!!).It is such a jazzy guitar! As a 2002 instrument, it has one of the early Vestax pickups that are so warm and mellow (later models had stock Kent Armstrong pickups which were brighter but thinner in tone). Great looks, great tone and such presence, these small body Vestax New Yorkers have the most delightful necks and are so easy to play.
