Sennheiser MKH 110-2 measurement microphone, capable of picking up infra sound as low as 1 Hz!!!Virtually NEW and fully functioning, no issues! It has been tried and tested extensively with SQN and Wendt field mixers before listing.Comes with original Sennheiser case, warranty card + suitable adapter cable (made by the renowned 'Schaal Audio') for powering it with the required 8V from any 48V phantom power source and capable of passing frequencies as low as 0.5 Hz! Please note: This microphone needs to be powered by Sennheiser's own MZN 16X power supply or by use of a suitable adapter cable, such as the one it comes with! DO NOT TRY TO POWER DIRECTLY WITH T- OR P-POWER!Great microphone if you really want to record frequencies at the bottom end of sound!Quote from Sennheiser headquarters in Germany: 'This model was developed from the earlier MKH 110 and MKH 110-1 upon request by Grundig for better RF rejection than those previous models.'
