For sale amazing large size Esmono isolation room 4.5m x 3.7m. Bought it as project to built my recording/rehearsal studio but moving houses forces the sale. What you will be getting in the sale is the recording booth which now new alone is about £12000, plus extra the neoprene and upgraded rubber that was laid underneath the wall rail system and 2 layers of the specialist chipboard flooring with neoprene attached, and also the lead barrier matting (Sound deadening underlay) that is laid underneath the whole booth for sound isolation and the carpets tiles which were laid on top of the flooring. All you need to set up your studio quickly.
