1992 This guitar is an AMERICAN made, Ovation Elite 12 string acoustic electric guitar with the shallow body. As the 2nd owner of this guitar, I contacted Ovation to learn more about it. The representative at Ovation was super excited to hear i had this guitar. He said i got a really nice guitar that was made here in USA & not in Korea. It is 110% authentic, made in USA in Hartford Connecticut in 1992 and originally sold for 1700-2000 with the original hardshell case. It has custom rosewood inlays, Original OP-24 PRE-AMP/PICKUP system, Schaller tuners made in W. Germany, and an original Ovation Hardshell Case (OHSC). This guitar has been professionally setup and checked over by Paul Unkert, The Guitar Guy, in Toms River NJ. Aside from minor cosmetic issues which are accurately shown in pictures, this guitar plays like a dream. It has better tone than my Takamine EF314DLX! Amazing guitar.
