Fender Stratocaster 1956 NOS Series (Custom Shop 04/29/2000) serial number R-4184. Really lovely instrument which has been rarely used for which I paid well over £2,500 for. Comes with original tweed case and documents. Has a couple of small dings on it but they hardly notice as in pics. The body has a cellulose finish which all top end guitars have so there is a bit of checking which is quite normal. It has - Alder body, maple neck, vintage style frets, thin-skin cellulose finish in 2 colour sunburst. The case is in great condition but the gold metal parts are tarnished through age, keys included. It comes with all the usual booklets and bits but does not have the original certificate. I contacted Fender and they sent me all the info they had on this specific instrument. Please feel free to try it out but you may have to bring your own amp as mine are all on eBay so may not have one later. I can fit new strings of your preferred gauge if wanted or just put them in the case for you. I can arrange a courier the item but due to its value the cost will be around £100 so collection preferred unless the buyer wishes to arrange their own service but its safety will be their responsibility.If cash paid on collection I can reduce the cost by £30.
