 This auction is for a magnificent Yamaha 231 silver plated flugelhorn (YFH2310S). I just had it overhauled (including a valve job) at the Yamaha custom shop in NYC by the great brass technician Wayne Tanabe. It's really playing beautifully now, especially the valves are running awesome (Wayne works magic with valve alignments!). Selling as I upgraded to a Bobby Shew model recently. This flugel makes a great backup horn for a pro or for a beginner to intermediate player. As you can see in the pictures I also had a thumb ring added to the first valve slide to make tuning easier. There are a few nicks in the finish here and there but this flugel really is in great shape aside from that. I will ship internationally but buyer pays all shipping cost.
