listed as new other because it was opened strummed a few times then put away in case .Beautiful evh Wolfgang special bought new strummed a little and then stored in case Plastic still on back plate covers . Awesome Birds eye maple fret board and EVH pickups , D tuna n Tremolo always stored in case . will need new strings and tune up . one light scratch I can see along the neck wontshow in pics I never saw it till I was going over it for this description comes with EVH case like new minor marks from sitting around that should wipe off . This is a china model these are as good as or better than the japan models and way better than the mexico ones they are making now . I own them all so I have compared them side by side . don't be afraid to ask ? Thanks
