Very high quality, all solid wood Yamaha guitar made in Japan in 1977. These were made for the domestic market only.The top is rare Ezo Spruce (similar in tone to Alpine Spruce), the back and sides are Indian Rosewood - all solid woods.The guitar is in great condition with only some superficial scratches in the finish (e.g. the scratches visible near the back of the headsock and on the back of the guitars in the photos)The guitar is all original apart from the bridge and pins, which have been replaced with high quality bone versions at some point. The original bridge is included, as are several (but not all) original pins - some must have been lost from the case at some point over the years.The neck is straight, vintage small frets are in good condition, the action is just over 2mm on the bottom E string at the 12th fret - some players may even prefer to raise it!The guitar sounds fantastic, very characterful and vibrant with a lot of ringing harmonics and overtones. It is currently strung with a fresh set of Elixir Phosphor 12-53.The guitar is located in Toulouse, France (where I on work secondment), but will be packaged safely and posted anywhere in the UK, France and rest of EU for £50.Any questions don't hesitate to ask, please see extensive positive feedback.
