Vintage 1960s Silvertone Teisco Hi Flyer Guitar 2 Pick Up Near Mint Rare Shape My Lord what a cool guitar. Check out this cool Teisco Silvertone MIJ electric guitar. At the end of Silvertones production probably in the early 1970s they switched over to mass production ala the mij teisco plant. These MIJ guitars are very rare and sought after because of their cool shape and odd rock history. Its sort of Univox, Mosrite shaped guitar. Nirvana & Grunge era? Strange they where being cloned even then. But its a wickedly original shape. Hard to find one so clean with all the bells and whistles. It plays well and looks amazing. Rare model. Forget those relic guitars go for the real thing! It’s been played normally and gigged. All relatively light wear. The frets are in excellent condition and everything works. Overall this guitar is in great shape. The guitar has minor superficial dings, scratches, wear and tear around various parts of the guitar. Typical of a guitar of this age. As with any guitar that’s been sitting in storage it going to need new strings and set up. Please consider this when bidding on my items.
