i bought this guitar new in 1978 ........... it was used professionally for 25 years so it has some road rash ......... but plays and sounds like a dream ........... I do not have the original tailpiece ( it actually became a better guitar with the fine tune tailpiece ) or truss rod cover ............ although the guitar plays like a dream and has the awesome sound as this guitar is known for , it is not all original .......... the medallion is permanent , sadly, the artist who put it on embedded it .......... also the active EQ was disabled ........ and changed to not needing a battery ..... it was done in a pro shop and i could not tell the difference in sound .........of course this could be reversed .......... if you are a collector and are looking for that all original value , this is not the guitar for you .......... if you are a guitarist and want a great playing and great sounding guitar this one fits the bill ............. in lieu of all this , I am selling the guitar very cheap ........  e-bay says this model of guitar sells for up to $1250 !
