Speciale Arpa Irlandese a corde metalliche, con doppia fila di corde, esattamente 33 per ognuna delle file per un totale di 66 corde.L'arpa in questione, nonostante ispirata e molto similare alle antiche arpe irlandesi è stata progettata appositamente a doppia fila di corde per consentire un ulteriore e più agevole esecuzione: l' utilità pratica della doppia fila di corde è dare la possibilità di suonare contemporaneamente sulla stessa ottava, ed avere note 'extra' e ottenere quindi possibilità sonore molto più vaste ed articolate rispetto ad un arpa con singola fila di corde.Lo strumento è stato costruito completamente artigianalmente. La mensola, la colonna e la cassa sono ACERO montano della Normandia, i rinforzi interni per le corde in FRASSINO europeo, e il back di chiusura con i fori in PIOPPO NERO europeo.Tutti i legnami sono massello, (nessuna parte è di materiali scadenti e compensati multistrato). La cassa è scavata da un asse massello, come alla maniera antica, e da un taglio di quarto del tronco, quindi con robustezza ulteriore assicurata. Presenta delle decorazioni pirografate a mano, sull'alto della colonna ed è ornata con decorazioni in ottone + placche di rinforzo in acciaio ai lati della giunzione mensola/colonna.La finitura è completamente naturale, come all'antica maniera con semplice olio paglierino, e olio di lino crudo per la finitura finale,Estetica leggermente 'antichizzata' con leggeri effetti di finta usura o viraggio di colorazione.Sui piroli in acciaio sono inseriti dei feltrini tondi in cuoio, per evitare che gli avvolgimenti delle corde metalliche su ogni pirolo, non graffino la mensola. I feltrini in corrispondenza delle note di DO sono segnate in rosso, quelle di FA segnate in blu.Le corde metalliche sono in parte in ottone nel registro grave, e tutte le altre in acciaio armonico C98, (quindi con alta levatura di carbonio),...per una sonorità cristallina e pulitissima, molto risonante, ....il tutto enfatizzato altresì dalla cassa scavata da un solo blocco, senza quindi nessuna giunzione di colle (a parte il pannello di chiusura retrostante)!Lo strumento è stato usato non molto, date le altre attività di mia pertinenza. The shelf, the column and the casing are mountain MAPLE of Normandy, internal reinforcements to the ropes in European ash, and the closing back with the holes in the European black POPLAR .All timbers are solid, (nowhere is inferior materials and plywood plywood). The soundbox is carved from a solid axle, as in the old way, and by a fourth cut of the trunk, and then with a further strength ensured. It presents handmade decorations pyrographed, on the high of the column and is adorned with brass decorations + reinforcing steel plates to the sides of the bracket Junction / column.The finish is completely natural, as the ancient way with a simple straw oil and raw linseed oil to the final finish,Aesthetic slightly 'antiqued' with light effects mock wear or staining toning.On steel pegs are inserted rounds felts in scalp, to prevent the windings of the metallic cords of each peg, do not scratch the shelf.
