Ibanez Musician MC200DS 1978 Ibanez Musician with serial: #F784380. These have humbucker pickups, a neck-through design, an ash body with mahogany/maple neck and a Rosewood fretboard. The neck-through design gives this instrument sustain for days. The "DS" stands for Dark Stained. Due to the Yen being worth much more than the dollar in the late 70's, very high quality woods and metals were abundantly available at very good prices and as you can see in the pictures the craftsmanship is
flawless and absolutely beautiful! Plays and sounds very similar to a double humbucking Fender Strat, but has the resonance and sustain of a Gibson Les Paul. It features the Ibanez Super 88 humbucking pickups. This one is in excellent condition with a few tiny indentations on its body, and some minor signs of use.
