1973 FENDER PRECISION BASS IN NATURAL STRIPPED FINISH.Here a good player's bass from the early 70s.
This guitar has had the paint stripped off to get it to a natural finish and a lacquer over-spray including at the back of the neck.
It's also been electronically modified with a new pick up added 'a la Jazz' as you can see in the pictures.
A set of active EMGs have been used for this purpose.
There is obviously an extra pot also added for the pickup addition as well as extra routing in the pot cavity to accomodate both the extra pot and battery.
