Here is a 2013 Fender FSR Telecaster that I have covered with one of my custom, hand-tooled Western-style Waylon covers. The cover is made from Hermann Oak premium leather and then hand-tooled and laced by me. I put many hours in the detail and visual appeal. Both the front and back are decorated.The guitar is a 2013 Fender FSR Telecaster. It is made in Mexico. It has a maple neck with cast individual Fender chrome tuners. It is factory original in every way! It SOUNDS AND PLAYS INCREDIBLE! It is set up with .010 gauge strings and sounds and plays incredible. The look is pretty self-explanatory. Pay close attention to the photos to appreciate the attention to detail and depth of the tooling work. You will not find this kind of depth and detail on a custom leather cover on eBay, or anywhere, for this price. In fact, leather crafters can charge upwards of $2500 for the cover alone.
This particular cover is what I call the "Dukes Of Hazzard" cover. It is an alternative to the more iconic Waylon cover. It's the cover on the Telecaster he plays at the intro of the Dukes of Hazzard TV Show, from the 1970's. I used a matte/satin type paint for the white and black, which gives it a much more distinct look! Sometimes I add a smoke-black gel, but I went with the flat white and black and it really turned-out GREAT!

You will be hard-pressed to find a Tele like this, with this much detail in the leatherwork, for this price. My tooling work is very deep and detailed. It's almost like a sculpture in the leather.
