This microphone came from a retired sound technician at 20th Century Fox. This microphone has no marking indicating this, but much of the other gear that he had, has TFC (Twentieth Century Fox) engraved. There are three capsules included, two ck1 and one ck2. There is also a ten db attenuation module included. I have a Mackie dj mixer with phantom power on which this was tested (not in the same league as this mic, I know). The microphone sounds good with one of the ck1 capsules. The other two capsules work but have some scratchiness in the sound. Aesthetically, the microphone's silkscreened writing is worn away partially, but is in nice condition, overall. The original paperwork is included with the microphone, as pictured.
