Up for auction is my beloved 2014 Gibson J-185 Birdseye Custom Shop guitar. It has the LR Baggs Element pickup used standard in 2014. The tone is exceptional, and while it sounds beautiful played softly, I've been blown away when I get into leads and play it hard/loud. Has that wonderful aggressive "pop" when you play leads, signature Gibson bass sound, and the action plays low and fast. Beautiful wide-grained solid spruce Top, solid Birdseye Maple Back/Sides, Mahogany neck, Rosewood bridge and fretboard. Upgraded Bone Nut/Saddle, Upgraded Waverly tuners, pickguard, and only very small signs of play wear. I will include the original gold grovers and all "case candy" including warranty info and Custom Shop certification. All upgrades and set up done at certified Gibson repairman, Strictly Strings in Greenfield, IN. Item will ship FedEx ground/home delivery. Signature required. Insured.
