Up for sale is my rare color 2005 American Deluxe Jazz Bass. I bought it as a store display at a discount in 2007. I've taken good care of it but please note the minor flaws in condition before bidding. It plays great with no issues. Truss rod is rock solid stable as is the neck. Stays in tune as well as any bass I've owned. The neck is perfect without any scratches or dings. Has a smooth satin finish unlike the new models. Doesn't have a single scratch or ding in the back of the kneck or headstock. It shows the slightest amount of buckle rash on the back and on the neck plate. There are two tiny finish blemishes through the clear coat on the front forearm rest area. Fret wear is minimal at the nut and low lower frets. The only issue that may be of concern is the upper frets above 12-14 and up. Looks like the chrome finish has degraded in spots. I have never felt it under my fingers but it's visible. I think it might be worn from slap style with round wounds hitting that area. Anyway it's a great bass and will be for years to come. Includes original case and case candy. The case is slightly warped as do fender plastic cases but it closes easily and all latches are in good condition. I'll ship fully insured ups ground. All sales are final sorry no returns. Thank you.
