For sale is a (lightly aged) 2013, American Vintage, 65 Stratocaster Neck.
This is a 100% Genuine USA Fender part!!!
Comes with an original 1965 string tree.
This is a left handed neck, but could be used for a reverse Hendrix/ Vaughan Strat.
This is exactly like the neck that Hendrix used in his early years.
I used this on my real 65 body when my neck was being worked on.
From certain angles, there is some very nice flaming in the wood.
The Nitrocellulose lacquer has light checking and looks beautiful.
The finish on the back has been removed, and has naturally worn to a silky smooth feel.
A more accurate decal has been applied, and the bushings have been oxidized.
I even added mirrored jig holes at the butt, just like my factory 1965 neck.
The pictures may make the finish more amber then it actually is.
This is a very dried out, light weight, smooth as silk neck, and the aging is perfect!You will not be disappointed.Thanks for looking and please feel free to ask any questions.
