This is it; the real deal untainted P5 Rev 3.3. Don't sleep on this one if you've been eyeing a Prophet 5, especially for you collectors / high-end analog studio heads. NO RESERVE, PRICED TO SELL. Bid your best, and bid early!This beauty is unmodified, looks like it was put into a time capsule in 1984. I bought it a few years ago from the original owner, and after sampling all the sounds tucked it away for safekeeping. If you're here, you know how rare it is to find one in such condition. No RESERVE!!! Bid with confidence!This synthesizer had one owner for 31 years between it's creation in 1983 - 1984 until I purchased this with an arts grant from the original owner in 2014. When I purchased this 7 years ago, it had just been restored after decades of storage: new bushings, changed a few components here and there, but otherwise all original!! Recently updated OS has the original 120 preset programs restored, too. I've decided to keep it all original, and haven't ever modified any of the components or electronics for MIDI support. It does however take CV/gate signals perfectly fine. I recently (about 8 months ago) had the bushings replaced again so the keyboard action is feeling very springy and lively, as good as these j-wire keybeds get. Comes with recently re-upholstered original teal Anvil case and possibly the hardcover owners manual (if I can find it in my attic). Will be double-boxed for shipping, but prefer local pickup in Los Angeles. Shipping costs reflects eBay's estimate, final shipping cost will be determined after the auction.
