Ask any guitar purist out there will know that this is a very rare guitar and very hard to find in the UK!! You cannot find these vintage VOS Cherry colour ones! With their the wraparound bridge with P-90 pickups it's a collectors and players dream guitar. Original made as the new Les Paul by Gibson it was named as the Les Paul SG (Solid Guitar). There's just something about this guitar and bridge setup combination that gives the guitar a well-rounded and fat tone unlike any other! On that note, this is Custom Shop SG Special with a VOS (Vintage Original Spec) in Vintage faded cherry finish. Built of a solid mahogany body with a 1-piece mahogany neck, a 22 fret rosewood fretboard, 24-3/4" scale length, 1-11/16" nut width, pearloid dot inlays, two Gibson P-90 pickups with individual volume and tone controls, a wraparound bridge and nickel hardware. All photos are of actual guitar and the original photos from the store I purchase it from. This SG Special is in very good condition, made in 2006 using the best Gibson Wood stockpiles (before the US Wood Ban effected Gibson in 2009) It includes the original black custom shop case and certificate of authenticity. The wrap around Mojoaxe tailpiece is to assist with intonation and keeps the guitar in great tuning. Guitar cost me £2795.00
