Very nice matched pair of Fender labeled, JBL D120F 12” alnico magnet speakers. 8 ohms. Absolutely beautiful condition...hard to find these this clean with 99% of the paint intact, zero rust anywhere, even the frame barely shows any marks from the mounting bolts and star washers. Many consider the alnico magnet JBL 12's to be the best guitar speaker ever made. They can handle 100 watts and have a very distinct tone that you cannot find in any other speaker, vintage or new. There are countless fans of the D120 tone, and everyone from Duane Allman to Jerry Garcia have toured and recorded with these great sounding, classic drivers. Both speakers have been expertly reconed with the correct parts. They are good to go for another 20 years and this pair sounds GREAT. Big, bold, punchy tone with detail and clarity, and a clear, bell-like treble response. I have bought and sold over a dozen original cone D and K series JBL’s in the last couple years and this pair sounds as good or better than any I have had. No BS. Speakers have been thoroughly tested and work flawlessly with zero issues. Over the years, vintage JBL's in clean condition have proven to be a safe investment.
