1982 Ibanez AR305 guitar in truly stunning condition. Solid mahogany body with burl mahogany veneer over maple cap. 3 piece maple neck with ebony fingerboard. Two Super 58 pickups with Ibanez tri-sound switching system. Many refer to this model as the Holy Grail of Japanese electrics, and no wonder: it sounds fabulous! Nicely set up with a low, easy action. There are almost no signs of use, other than a little wear on the gold plating on bridge and pickup covers from the palm of a previous owner. No dents, buckle rash or scratches, and no fret wear to speak of. There is a yellow mark on the binding in one of the cutaways, which I've tried to show in one photo, though it shows better in a reflection on the body in the same photo! The hard case shown is included, and has a few scuffs which I've tried to show. This is a rare guitar, and I very much doubt there is a better one in the U.K. Genuinely superb, and hard to believe it's 34 years old.
