For sale is an awesome vintage semi-hollow body electric guitar from Harmony. This guitar is part of the Rebel series that was introduced in 1968 and ran through the 70's (although the model was renamed the H682 in 1972). It features two mustache Gold Foil pickups, individual on/off switches for each pickup, and a volume and tone slider for each pickup as well. Tonally this guitar is oozing with the classic sounds of garage rock, with bassy yet almost hollow tones that are very enveloping. Think of Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys, as this is an instrument he quite regularly plays. Cosmetically this instrument is in good condition, with finish checking across the body, dings and scratches here and there, and general signs of wear you'd expect to see from a 45 year old budget guitar. The tips from the sliders are also missing on this guitar, does not effect their function in any manner though. If you're looking for that surprisingly elusive lo-fi tone and a little bit of janky goodness, this guitar is the cream of the crop!
