You are bidding on a 15 DSP Soniccore PCI complete recording studio system including an 8 channel AVID Mic/Line Pre-Amp rack (Digi002), you are given not only DSP Effects but DSP Synths and Samplers(samplers are for 32 bit OS only) 8 channel Pre-Amp System:
I use the 002 as a standalone unit as the Adat out work without a computer and are hardwired to the 8 analog inputs.
Note: the 002 rack can still be used on windows 7 and below with older Pro Tools systems and other DAWs on both Mac and PC36 Ins and 36 Outs Total (...not counting the Z-Link Ports) - 15 DSPs Note: the Z Link ports look like Firewire, they are not! Do not plug a hot firewire cable into these ports, you will damage the cards! This has been my system for 6 years flawlessly. No issues and the instruments sound like real hardware synths and samplers, there is no VST that sound like these, None! This system is comparable to a UAD DSP system that uses On-board DSP chips to do all of the processing that allows a greater degree of authenticity and true real-time functionality to your studio setup. Remember not just effects, but instruments, mixers, hardisk recorder, and other unusual oddities as well... Aside from the hundreds of free 3rd party plugins you can find on the Scope User forum (a wonderful forum btw), here is what comes with the default software... T H E S C O P E v 5.1 S O F T W A R E Y O U R V I R T U A L S T U D I O The SCOPE v5.1 software is a virtual studio environment for your computer. There are mixers and effects for recording, mix & mastering, as well as unequaled high quality software instruments available as plug-ins, whose warm and transparent sound will get under your skin. You don't want to stop working with SCOPE once you get to know it! In SCOPE you are able to "wire up" all audio signals like in a real recording studio.
All inputs and outputs from the hardware (e.g. XLR, ADAT, MIDI) can be connected to the different software interfaces (e.g. Wave, ASIO, MIDI) All Plug-Ins included in SCOPE v5.1: Mixing: Several mixing desks with up to 96 input channels
