A Pre-CBS Fender Jazz Bass. March 1964 Neck date, Late 1963 pot dates, Clay Dots, L Plate, and Tortoiseshell pickguard. The body was stripped many years ago and clear coated with traces of the original Sunburst finish still in the cavities. The neck remains untouched with its original finish, logo, nut and frets. There was once a standby switch installed on the pickguard that was soldered to the neck pickup volume pot. All original parts and electronics with black bobbin pickups with yellow date stamps. A great sounding vintage Jazz Bass. Included is a non original hardshell case.Maryland buyers add 6% sales tax to purchase. International Buyers International buyers contact us before bidding.
