VINTAGE and INCREDIBLY RARE c1970s Electro Harmonix Pan Pedal made in New York City USA. This pedal looks 100% original and is in really good condition. Highly collectible!The Pan Pedal was part of a series of Electro Harmonix pedals made in the late 1970s and all using the same large foot rocker pedal housing/enclosure. Other pedals in the series included the Crying Tone wah and Queen Triggered Wah. All of these pedals are highly sought after and rare but you do occasionally see one of these wah pedals for sale. I have NEVER seen a Pan Pedal for sale and can find very little info on them so I believe this to be a very rare pedal indeed!Cosmetically this unit is in very good condition with just a bit of wear on the metal parts. It looks 100% complete and original including the rubber feet. Internally again everything looks very clean and original.Apart from being highly collectable this pedal is actually really useful and offers a number of different ways to utilize two outputs/amps and to filter between them. It sounds great with no discernible crackling from the pots. There are 4 different options depending on the swithces;Pan and Pan - the footpedal produces a smooth volume sweep between both outputsPan and Out - the footpedal produces a smooth volume sweep to the first output and no signal to the second outputPass and Pan - the footpedal produces a smooth volume sweep to the second ouput and a constant signal to the first outputPass and Out - the footpedal does not affect the sound, a constant signal is sent to the first ouput and no signal to the second outputNo power required as this is a passive pedal.Please see the pictures which show the great condition of this vintage Electro Harmonix pedal inside and out.
