This is the Fender USA Strat Plus Deluxe Electric Guitar. 25.5" scale. 1.69" nut width. 8.15 lbs. This is one of the most exciting pieces to come out of the Fender shop in a while. This Strat Plus includes 3 Personality Cards. What these do is enable you to change the wiring on your Strat in seconds. Includes Standard Strat, Bass/Treble Cut, & Blender cards. Bass Treble allows you to use the tone pots as bass & treble controls, and Blender uses the bottom Tone as a Blend pot to combine the bridge & neck pickups in any percentage. There are some fantastic new tones in here. Cool electronics aside, this is one of the best Strats I have heard in a long time. The tone here is very tight and balanced with exceptional natural resonance. The trio of N3 pickups are very quiet- you can go as far as you want with the gain control. The neck here is thin- just .82" deep at the 5th fret. Combine that with the 9.5-14" fretboard radius and you have a monster player as well. The look is gorgeous- Mystic Ice Blue Finish, white guard, black dot markers, and chrome hardware. This Strat is brand new, includes the original hardshell case, case candy, and bar.
