Technically, this is a used guitar, but it is in nearly perfect condition. It is so beautiful I never use it for fear of scratches so it seems like a waste to leave it in the case. If it doesn't sell I'll just keep it because it is a wonderful guitar.  This 2012 814ce is a Grand Auditorium body size. It has Taylor's awesome Expression System 1 pickup/preamp, which sounds a-mazing. Comes in one of those really nice brown Taylor Deluxe hard cases with the incredibly rich, plush lining. The top is made from solid Sitka Spruce, while the back and sides are solid Rosewood. The fingerboard is Ebony. The flagship series of their acoustic/electric line traces back to Bob Taylor’s first rosewood guitars, which helped establish a modern acoustic guitar sound. The Grand Auditorium 814ce has long been a top seller for its versatility. Contemporary appointments on the 2012 edition include curly maple binding around the body, fretboard and peghead, a pearl fretboard inlay, an abalone rosette, and abalone dot bridge pins.Item will ship in original Taylor box.
